In case of clients request a refund from us. Our policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation policy (for rooms only)

Cancellation of booking for must be made at least two 2 business days prior to the end of the current business day.
Requests received later than two 2 business days prior to the end of the current service period will not be entertained.

Refund policy

In case any client requests for a we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of booking. The final refunds will be made after deducting the service tax and the administration charges for the work completed by us.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card holder provided at the time of purchase and payments refund will be made to the same account.
